Hello all
Firstly id just like to say that these forums are amazing,loads of great info,intelligent ppl who are always willing to help.Basically just from reading these forums ive decided to get my arse into shape!!!so thx and K to everyone.

Id like to start a thread to check my progress,just so ive got something i can look back at to see if im moving along or not.Ive been training solidly for a month now,i think im getting along slowly but surely.I started off at 16 and half stone(235-240lbs i think),i weighed a week ago and i was down to 16st,so i must be sucking the right tit.Ive taken a few pics yesterday and ive got 2 from a month ago.If anyone would like to comment on them id be greatful for the advice,i know ive got a long way to go....cheers
 
definitely see your progress gaffa. congrats on your hard work, and apparent change in diet. you got good thickness and good skin. now to lean up a little more...keep us posted on your progress.

Any advice on how to improve my non-existant Lats?...I basically do lat pulls,Seated Pulley Rows and pull ups.Thinking about doing T-Bar Rows .

Hit wide grip chins. Just do as many as you can to failure. They are not easy. Do a few sets of those then do your cables. Your back will widen fast!
Keep hitting it hard!

Ive just decided to keep track of my measurements,just to make sure i dont shrink :).
Neck-17" 1/2"
Chest-44" 1/2"
Bi's-16" 1/2" (left 15" 1/2")
Waist-38"
Quads-25" 1/2"
Calf-17" 1/2"

No Centurion44 i am not on anything,other than whey(soon i will be adding creatine tho).I did contemplate it,but after asking a few questions and reading shitloads,i decided i wasnt ready for AAS,not for a long time.Ill just continue to train my butt off and see what happens.

Hello all
Im still hard at it and lovin it too :),even tho ive over trained my bi's or ive strained em,very painfull when playing rugby:(.
I was just after some advice,ive been taking Pro GF creatine and was thinking of getting some Ethyl Ester creatine.Would i see much diff between these 2?,would it be benificial to me to swap?....plus i cant stand GF, its tastes like dog piss. Thx for any advice.

I have never taken any AAS bro,i hope to start my first cycle in Jan just as soon as i can make my mind up what to go with.Been thinking about Var at 60mgs ed for 8 weeks(with all ancillaries,pct).But im not sure if id gain anything worth while.Any suggestions plz?...cheers
