on 3rd week (just took 5th inject) of test enan 250mg E4D. up 6 pounds and strength is THROUGH THE ROOF. no psychological shit here, just got home from a chest workout and i was very pleased. in less than a month my DB flat bench has gone from BARELY getting 80'sx5, to 100'sx5. (this was with a minor spot, i could easily have gotten 95x5 myself) i cant wait to see how strong i get by week 12. my BB flat bench max is also up about 20 lbs already.

a little test flu during week 2 but i got over in a few days. smooth sailing now i hope!!!!!!!!!!

Are you taking any AI's to control bloat? Did you jumpstart with an oral or is it test only? What are your stats? I know what you're experiencing with the strength gains. I LOVE getting stronger. Keep up the hard work and make sure you have your PCT ready for when the time comes.

Good job on the gains bud!! On a side note, why do you do both flat bb and db presses??

sometimes i do both, but i usually alternate between workouts. no two chest workouts i do are the same.

i have adex on hand but have not started taking it yet. still debating it. also have nolva on hand. planning on a nolva only PCT unless gyno dictates earlier action.

yes a test only cycle.

stats:
26 y/o
6'4" 232
lifting for 10 years, seriously for 2

I would suggest running the adex because I'm not a fan of bloating up, but it's your decision depending on how comfortable you are with it. Good job on your gains and keep up the hard work.

It is very difficult to train in the realm of DB and BB and excel at both. They are too different to mix, if you are looking to gain maximal strength in either. I stick within the realm of BB for joint longevity.

Good job bro. Becareful with the weights. Don't get too strong too fast. Some of the best advice I got on here was not fall into the superman mindset and keep in mind that muscle gets stronger faster than tendons.

Goodluck!
