PROGRESS REPORT: first week's body composition test results

OK here's my results in one week of dieting. These are body composition tests, supposedly the most accurate test methods out there. I got one on the 23rd of January, and then started dieting that day, and got one on the 30th, one week later. Here's my diet and workout program for the week.

DIET:
6 meals per day, 50% protein, 30 carbs and 20 fat. I ate at my BMR (bodyweight times 12). Fats were in the form of mainly flaxseed oil, and carbs were mainly whole wheat or 12 grain bread. I tried to drink as much water as I could, however I know I didn't go over a gallon on any day.

WORKOUT:
Wednesday, the day I started dieting, I did back and bi's and cardio. Cardio consisted of anywhere from 20-30 mins on a treadmill, or recumbant bike. I mainly did the treadmill. . Friday I was supposed to do shoulders but didnt, I just did cardio. Saturday and Sunday I didn't do anything. Monday I did chest and tris and cardio. Tuesday was cardio. Cardio was always done after a workout, never first thing in the AM on an empty stomach.

Here's my test printouts. Top one from the 23rd, bottom from the 30th. Keep in mind I wasn't using any suplements whatsoever during this tie. Now however, I am cycling t3 and clen.

Thanks man, I had it done by the owner of my gym. Yeah I was bigtime surprised at the results, I never expected a full percent loss in a week. I wasnt doing the allmighty AM cardio that everyone swears by. I wasnt using any ECA. I ate right before bedtime. Heh. And there ya go, that's the results. Nothing wrong with 1% bf loss in a week. And like I said right now I'm on the clen and t3, so I have no idea what the results are going to be in 2 weeks when I get my next test. Though I am a little confused at the full LB. of lean muslce added. I don't know how that could have happened when I was supposedly eating at maintenance BMR and whatnot. I imagine maybe that the bodyweight times 12 thing to get your BMR was off a little and maybe I was eating a little above, and maybe the high protein intake had something to do with it too. I don't know. All I know is that I did the exact same thing the night before the first test that I did before the second. You have to fast for at least 8 hrs. The night before the first test, I had a meal like 2 1/2 hours before I slept for like 10 hours, then was up for like 2 1/2 hours and then got it done. Same thing goes for the second. So, I dunno, the computer knows what it's doing with the numbers it gets from the reading. I trust it.
