Nice work, my man. I might have told you this before last time you posted pics, but I will say it again. You carry your bodyweight VERY well. 180 on your 5'8" is nothing for you, and with the type of training you are doing you could be a specimen. I can see you playing RB at about 220 and being just as lean and quick as you are now. Good work.

Basic critique

1) Chest looks like it over powers you delts
2) rear delts are being overpowered by front delts
3) lats look good but rhomboids and trpas need some improvement to get that thick look


Solid progress, I think with a solid year of squatting deadliftng and ohp you will bring up all weaknesses

For all those people who can't get their calves to grow, I don't have any secrets for you. I don't do ANY direct calf work

Lord, I appreciate that critique. I'll try to make a few tweaks to bring in some balance.

BBD29 - If I could get to 220 without being fat, naturally, I would be over the moon. I do carry my weight well. I told a couple of people what I weighed yesterday and they didn't believe me.
