Progress pics...

good work, what did your training, diet and cycle look like?
 
basically right when i started i read alot on the forums and took it very seriously...got routines online and tried them found out what worked....diet right now its not the cleanest but as for the ovbious stuff thats not good i dont eat it and i eat chicken and beef everyday...eat every 3 hours or try to at least.

My cycle was test 400mg,deca 250mg and 30mg dbol

Nice transformation. Looking good. So how long were you working out before you did a cycle. Or did you just start lifting and go right to the juice.

IMO you are too young to be juicing but it is too late to tell you that lol

Keep up the good work! It takes more than gear to do what you did. Looks like your diet and training were right on the spot!
 
well i worked out 7-8 months before i got on and gained 27lbs then hit a small bump and wasnt gaining and guy at my work talked me into it and gave me the stuff.

but... just so all the newbies know, i made awesome progress before i got on anything and i could of added an ideal amount, of more weight without it.

Not to mention before i juiced, people were asking me if i was and already thought i was... so i was just like fuck it...ill do it then since everyone thinks i am.
 
Ya, im trying..... im still working on the diet, that honestly was and still is the hardest part and takes the most discipline out of it all but it definatly makes a big difference when your diet changes.

Probably needed to get up there a bit more naturally before you juiced, but great work anyway. Keep eating hard, training hard, good sleep & the next one will have a good base to build on.
 
Excellent progression! You look just like I did when I first started really lifting! Only I'm 6'2. I started REAL training at about 125lbs @ 6'2. You've got awesome potential bro. You should PM me. We likely have alot in common and theres probably quite a bit I can help you with. You a hardcore ecto and have a bitch of a time putting weight on?

mee too. I jumped up 20 lbs in 7 weeks, and everybody was like "Are you on steroids?" Of course, at the time I wasn't. So, I was like shit, I will do it if people suspect already. A Tbol/VAR cycle later, I am 4% less BF, and weigh 15 more lbs. I have done previous cycles with test/dbol, but with the sides, i quit everytime cuz of water. I fucking hated it so bad. Tbol and var gave me none, and just as good LBM gains. dropping 4% BF and gaining 15 lbs made me look completely different.

I am also a skinny guy. october 2006. I was 160lb 6'2", and am now not quite 210. My next cycle will be tbol and var again. I responded so well to it. My strength sky rocketed, putting 60lbs on my bench rep weight in 6 weeks. Next I'm going 8, maybe 10 weeks with the var.


One thing I find hilarious is the fact that everyone now a days automatically assumes you use roids if you put on some size. Damn media has the nation brainwashed. Putting on weight without roids is all about the diet, and I have mine nailed to the wall.

Glad to hear you feel the same as me. I wish someone had told me not to do them, but instead I had a dumbass coworker get me on gear. Just posted about it in my cycle log. I really hope more 18-25 yo kids read these kinda posts and decide not to use gear yet.

Btw good progress man! Keep it up. You look like you have the same body type as me.

Haha ya, its funny alot of people just go holy shit bill what are you taking....then others go dont get mad and roid rage me.

Then kids at my gym come up and asking how they can get bigger and i tell them to eat and then there like i do, but i cant put on weight. Then i tell them to name what they eat in a day and how they should eat at least 6 meals and then they tell me how they eat soo much and 6 meals a day when they tell me what it is its like a banana or a protien shake is each its own meal.
 
Yea man, good job. I was (and now am all over again) very similar to you, although I'm only 5'6 so I guess I kind of had a slightly stockier appearance at first, though not by much. Before my first cycle everyone assumed I was juicing, even my ex heard I was and I hadnt talked to her in like 8 months. I said fuck it too, although I was 25 at the time. I gained about 20 lbs and dropped a some bf. Last summer I tore my shoulder playin football, and ended up dropping down to about 138. Its terrible, over the course of 8 or 9 months I lost everything and more. Just started lifting again, and gettin ready to gear up as soon as it comes in. Need to undergo this kind of transformation all over again, although I think 160 is the realest expectation for me over the next 4 months. I hate this skinny nonsense, although strength is already coming back thank god (and muscle memory).
 
don't like the fact that you took off so early on AAS, but nice work never the less.
 
Even though he started young, I had friends that started MUCH younger; like 16, and were huge in high school(for a high school kid).

Whatever he did, he did it right and looks great.

You guys egging him on should be ashamed. From starting to work out in july 2007 to finishing a cycle in feb of 2008 just a little over 6 months, is something you should be grilling him for not fucking praising it.

i didnt start in july i started in May and just recently did a 10 week cycle...i already said i regret doing it besides almost all of the progress was made off cycle anyways im not going to go crazy with the roids now.

Truthfully what damage can a steroid do to someone with less training than someone with more training? He's a big boy and can do what he sees fit with his body.

Plus he already stated that he understands now he didn't need the cycle and will be going natty now. If anything, he should be praised for that reason.

@billy: keep it up man, one more year of solid exercise and training and you are gonna be jacked man
