Keep training bro not bad of a frame to work with but the gains are very small when compareing the two..My opinion, it seems you didnt really gain much at all. Looks more like just a pump then muscle gain...Just dont give up it doesnt happen over night bro...If thats all you got in 6 weeks id try something different in my workout..The key is mixing it up if you do the same thing all the time your body will adjust and you wont see any real big gains..
Looking forward to seeing how your next picture looks in another 5 weeks...

Actually there is 11lbs difference in those two pics 181 to 192. I was hoping for 15 by the 6 week mark but fell a little short. I know what I'm doing so I know my programs dialed but I probably need to up my cals by 300 or so.

if anything, it looks as though you added some bodyfat over the 5 weeks, if i'm looking at the pics in the correct progression...

not sure where the 11 pounds went, unless it's in your legs...

keep at it though...!

the progression is actually backwards. I'm a bit leaner in the "after pic" and definitely heavier.

ok, i was wondering if the progression was wrong...

you are definitely leaner in the first pic...
