Progress pics

Here's a few progress pics ladies and gentleman. As of now 4 weeks into TrenAce/Test Enant (adding Winny in a week). 6'2", 227.5lbs and feeling pretty good. Body fat is around 15/16%. Let me know what you all think. Thanks! One thing for sure, chest is lagging big time, upper lower and mid pecs. I train the hell out of it so I'm not sure if it's just genetics or what. Waist will trim down soon enough so my V shape should come in a little more and arms, shoulders, back I'm pretty ok with. Wheel pics soon to come!

okay not to talk shit but what development???? It seems like you need to do cardio cardio cardio...You're BF had to be more than 15%.... What's your diet like?

I'm sure he's working on it. I would consider his upper back rather well-developed, and I'm certain other people will agree with me.

I do agree with you that his bodyfat is most likely higher than 15%. I'm guessing somewhere around 20%...
 
Morning strictly whey protein shake 69 g protein only a few grams of carbs, 5 egg whites 1 egg yolk, meal 2 steak, chicken tenders(all home cooked) with serving of green beans and protein shake meal 3 same without the shake meal 4 usually a couple slices of wheat bread peanut butter, a fruit cup and a shake with this one or meal 5 home cooked meals, chicken stew, roast rice n gravy, a lot of the time mostly chicken...... and meal 6 usually the 3rd shake of the day or some fruit with some chicken tenders.......I thought bf % was more than 18% but Carth said he thought I was around 15 or so.....My scale I have sucks with determining body fat % so I go on the word of pros like Carth haha props bud! I know I need to do some cardio and I might start throwing that in once a week on an off day.......like 30 to 45 mins on the treadmill at a good fast walk pace. It's ok jrlex, you ain't talking shit, I asked for honest opinions and I'm sure I will get them. The cardio and tren with winny should help shed a little bit of that fat I have now so I can trim up. But my chest has a weird shape to it dont' ya think? I do flyes either cable or dumbells.....mostly inclines. I do flat bench and wide grip incline barbell or incline dumbells. My upper chest is lagging IMO but anyway thanks for the comments so far........mostly positive, which is suprising, and if you guys thought that was bad you should see what I used to look like a few years ago........at 6'2" or 6'1" 185-190lbs. After this bulk I'm going to cut so what would be a great cutter cycle to shred up?? I'm thinking Tren, Winny, Clen.......anything like that.

Yeah your right his upper back is showing development...Kudos to you on your upper back but he really needs to concentrate on his diet and cardio. Maybe even add some t-rex into the mix... :p

Yeah, the first pics I have seen of him I could have sworn his BF was around 15%. But in these pics...his BF is higher. I'd say between 18 to 20.
 
keep at it, man i wish i could trade you some mass for shred. back looks nasty in a good way.
 
JASON! U are gonna look awesome! NIICEEE BACK! I'm gonna agree w/ the cardio -- I don't know how much you've done in the past, but it may be that just adding in even some will tweak your results! RE: cuttign cycle -- like we tell the girls -- the diet will determine if its a cutting or a bulking cycle.
 
Thanks Sassy! You hottie to the most hottiness ;) I'm throwing in cardio twice a week now and I'll hopefully trim up a little.

I have the same problem with my chest. I found that doing dumbell presses helped me a lot. I start with incline and then move to flat. Full range of motion with higher reps.

Getting there! Just keep the intensity up in the gym and focus on diet, cardio and rest. I really enjoy watching people progress on this board!

Remember, you're in a marathon here. Chip away 200 empty calories a day and keep putting in the good stuff!
 
didn't see the before pics.. but lookin solid bro. Same prob with em... chest seems laggin.. sucks for us tall guys!
 
Good base of muscle - potential is definately there.

Have you looked into CKD/TKD (Cyclical/Targeted Keto Diet) for cutting? I did not have the same BF you have, but I dropped a good deal of fat while maintaining muscle mass using TKD during my 1st cutter in January.

Just a suggestion - keep up the work.

Thanks to all who have responded to my post. Love the positive and negative comments. It keeps me working harder than ever to reach my goals. They aren't too too far away. I want to beef up to around 235 or 240 then slim down with body fat % below 10. Hopefully I'll be ready for summer in another 6 weeks! Thanks again, bros and bro-ettes haha
