Morning strictly whey protein shake 69 g protein only a few grams of carbs, 5 egg whites 1 egg yolk, meal 2 steak, chicken tenders(all home cooked) with serving of green beans and protein shake meal 3 same without the shake meal 4 usually a couple slices of wheat bread peanut butter, a fruit cup and a shake with this one or meal 5 home cooked meals, chicken stew, roast rice n gravy, a lot of the time mostly chicken...... and meal 6 usually the 3rd shake of the day or some fruit with some chicken tenders.......I thought bf % was more than 18% but Carth said he thought I was around 15 or so.....My scale I have sucks with determining body fat % so I go on the word of pros like Carth haha props bud! I know I need to do some cardio and I might start throwing that in once a week on an off day.......like 30 to 45 mins on the treadmill at a good fast walk pace. It's ok jrlex, you ain't talking shit, I asked for honest opinions and I'm sure I will get them. The cardio and tren with winny should help shed a little bit of that fat I have now so I can trim up. But my chest has a weird shape to it dont' ya think? I do flyes either cable or dumbells.....mostly inclines. I do flat bench and wide grip incline barbell or incline dumbells. My upper chest is lagging IMO but anyway thanks for the comments so far........mostly positive, which is suprising, and if you guys thought that was bad you should see what I used to look like a few years ago........at 6'2" or 6'1" 185-190lbs. After this bulk I'm going to cut so what would be a great cutter cycle to shred up?? I'm thinking Tren, Winny, Clen.......anything like that.
