Okay, yall know the deal, back in january i was weighing in at 185, saw a rock climbing comp got inspired to get better so i had to lose weight to be able to pull my own....
Here is last january (the one that just past, 2006)

Mind you, before i get the criticism of having no chest etc... etc... This is all just rock climbing, meaning basically just any workout with pull ups. But i didn't lift any weights, everything was with my own body weight vs a wall i climbed, that's it.
I'm at 155 right now, my goal was 145, probably take me another 2 months or so cuz i know the last lbs are usually the hardest to shed.
