You're a thick dude. If that's only 4 months in, you are lucky. The BF is high, but that comes off easily with diet and cardio (if you care about being lean). You have really good size. nice! I bet you're a pretty strong guy too, huh?
My strength isn't bad considering the short amount of time I have been back. My BF is dropping slowly every week, diet is locked in and I am not using any fat burners. I kept a lot of my size from previous lifting, just packed fat on top of it. A lot of muscle memory coming back as well.
