Programing while on a cycle

I start my cycle on Monday and have a quick question that may be a multi part answer.

Cycle 8 weeks
MK-2866 25mg (QD / PO)
S-4 25mg (BID / PO)
HCGenerate

PCT
Unleashed Combo

My question is should i just keep doing my ref routine or add more Volume or Intensity?

weight 310
height 5' 10"
BF 30-35%

I am a competitive Olympic lifter looking to gain strength not get size! I would like to stay in my currant weight class. I lift 5-6 days a week with moderate intensity. I stay around 80-90% of my 1RM

Should I add more reps while on this cycle or add weight?
 
Not familiar with the drugs you are taking - maybe they are peptides as I have no clue there.

Anyway most people have no clue about programming for someone else especially an OL. This is real hard over the net. Anyway under a steroid cycle (maybe you chose those drugs because you are tested) recovery is faster, CNS is stimulated and you can handle more volume.

I'd certainly add volume to workouts or extra workouts. Something above what you are capable of now (whatever that is as everyone is different). Still very possible to overtrain and burn out your CNS so don't go too crazy. Experience is the best teacher so to a large degree you learn as you go.

Anyway add volume to squats and the slow lifts. Probably increase frequency on the clean and snatch so more weekly volume but not too much more inside each workout. This is real vague, it would be helpful for you to talk to your coach or a sympathetic coach that knows you.

Thanks a lot zoofus the cycle I'm running are both fall into the SARMS category of research chemicals.
 
SARMS ... nice! Ostarine usually gets run at 10-15mg for maintenance and retentio, but I have read before of 25mg for BB purposes and it does actually shut you down some at that dosage over 6 weeks, but you have PCT in place :D. S-4 @ 25mg is also a good and safe dosage. I would take one of them AM and one PM ... personal preference. Are you aware of the ocular side effects experienced with S-4? The stack would work to an extent. All I would add is Forma Stanzol @ 5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM for on cycle and to ease PCT a bit more. With you being a competitive lifter, I take it that you know enough about dieting?

Yeah thanks for the response. I am aware of the visual sides and will go 5 days on 2 off if that were to happen. I will do 25mg of S-4 (BID / PO= 2x a day by mouth) as the half life is 12 hours. I have been on the fence about the forma Stanzol but it look like I will order it today or tomorrow. My diet is clean but heavy to maintain my weight I'm at about 3200cal a day.

I have not been tested yet but it is coming soon.

I chose SARMS because of my BF% and I know it's high for AAS. I think the SARMS will give me the slight edge that I'm looking for.

I'm just confused on how to program while on? I guess I'll have to experiment and find out what works for me.
