Program cycling.

Would this be considered a good plan for the next 6 months.
Would one be able to simply cycle this all year round to continue to keep challenging your body to grow.

weeks 1-8 madcow sf 5x5-to be replaced with bill starr 5x5 after 1st cycle (including high pulls and power cleans)

Week 9-18
Madcow DF 5x5

18-27
week The extended russian routine

Assistance excerses
Mon and Fri=Glute ham raise 5x5, close grip Bench 5x5 or something simialar
Wednesday=replace deadlifts with power cleans and other excersises would be push press; hang cleans and a form of rowing for low reps

Seems like a good plan in theory. However, when you are running SF 5x5 you might suprise yourself and keep progressing longer than the planned 8 weeks. What I am saying is that no plan should be set in stone. Once you stop progressing with one routine, then run another routine IMO.
