I've done a serch and jsut one thing isn't clear yet.

Progestinic like activity of some drugs means that:
-Theese drugs bind the receptors of progesterone as they are
-Theese drugs produce a substance that bind the progesterone receptors
-Ohter explaination.

Maybe its just me italian, but I am not real sure what your question is. Are you asking "What does Progestinic like activity mean"? Maybe rephrasing it a tad will get you the answers your looking for.

Well, he might be unable to, since English is not his native language.

However, there are 2 accepted courses of action if you get symptoms of progestenic activity: winny and ru486.

Winny is just theoretical, however some people have had good results with this. The winny binds but does not activate the progesterone receptor.

Ru-486 just flat out stops progesterone activity.

The drugs in question,are PROGESTIN'S,sharing a similar structure to progesterone.They have the right molecular stucture to 'fit in' the progesterone receptor and activate it,much like a key fits a particular lock.Wrong key,it doesn't open,right key,the sky's the limit(or in this case you've just activated the receptor).

Yeah, I realize that, I wasnt trying to insult him at all. Just trying to get a better idea of what he was asking. I am not the brightest bulb on the tree, but I figured if I was having a hard time understanding the exact question that maybe others would too. And if that were the case, I just figured if perhaps Italian could rephrase a little or elaborate, it may help others answer his question.

Oh no, Zyg, I knew you weren't trying to insult him at all. I was just explaining he might not know how to rephrase it. I have tried to ask things in german, and there was no way in hell I could put it another way. I was doing the best I could, lol.
