Procedure for MAIL ORDER'S....

Can someone give me a good procedure for mail orders.....Im buying a mail order book.....but i want some personal ideas...step at a time...on how to safelly get the package sent....customs...no signature, fake name..etc things one needs to know.... IF SOMETHING PM ME.
Apreciate any help you guys can bring me

You could set up a PO Box but whats the point as far as i'm aware there are no laws against knolage.

Screw the book!!! get a good source and order from them.

PO Box is always nice.... But either way you have to give personal identification for PO box....

Thats not what i meant Johny.lol i have enough sources..just want to update current procedures of "being safe when ordering" like i said..not signing..etc..any rules of that sort...that probibaly shouldnt be talked about on board but PM> Thanks
