I have NO problems falling asleep, but then it hits.....I wake up prob. every 1.5-2 hours, either to piss, or because I'm thirsty as hell. No, I don't have diabetes, been tested. No other illness/sickness, it's just because I train late and I drink coffee/water all day. Yes, I've tried to stop by 4-5pm, and this doesnt do it either. So, is the really detrimental to my gains? I plan my next cyc. and dont want anything to be out of wack that would effect me.......Hell, should I eat something when I wake up, since I'm up anyways?
