OK, heres my situation. I go to college about 4 hours away from where i live. Next week im going home on tuesday night, so i'll only get to work out on monday and tuesday. What should i do as far as my training program. I usually work out monday thru friday.
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-arms
thur-shoulders
friday-legs

What should i do. Should i work out on sunday and just do shorten everything up or........?

Any help would be appreciated.

If haven't taken a week off in the past two or three months just bag this week. You'll come back refreshed.

Yup. Do the best you can with the time that you have. Don't sweat missing a few days, assuming you've been going regularly. The gym will be there when you get back.

Alright guys heres the deal, I just started lifting again February 1st. I havent missed a day i was supposed to train, for the two months i started up again. So what do u think. Should i just skip and feel guily to work out sunday, monday and tuesday. Just a compact version of my week?

vic, take it easy man. If I understand you correctly, you'll be missing about five days. After two full months of training, that's nothing. Pick it up again on Sunday and enjoy your time off. The break might even do you good.

alright guys, thanx. I know what your saying gymtime, but its hard to take time off. You just feel so guilty. But i really appreciate the advice.
