Give it a try, and use the drawing/pushing techiques already posted.

A buddy of mine lately has been injecting eq with an 18g because he was to impatient to wait for any smaller pins. I am starting my sust cycle soon because I looked at those 18g and said ain't no way I'm stickin myself with that f***in stake....got my 22g today

If it's Jurox suspension he should do two things. First don't aspirate. Second cut it with B12. If it IS Jurox tell him not to worry about it much because after the 2nd shot the pain will be so bad he won't ever want to do the 3rd shot.
