Guys and Gal what can i do i cant seem to goto the bathroom to do number 2,i started Animal Stak today.........i had a banana today and oatmeal for carbs today,and those fiber powder like 4x today any suggestions?
I had the same problem when I started my diet. I found that plenty of broccoli and a 1/2 cup serving of Fiber One cereal (14g of fiber) works wonders for me. Oatmeal is great for low GI carbs but you would need to eat many servings to get enough fiber to keep you regular. Plenty of water also helps.
