Almost all wrestler who are built are always in shape; Edge, Kurt Angel,Chris Benoit, HHH etc....

I know they use steroids but how do they keep their eating habits (if they have any). Im sure thay cant always eat clean...

Just curious...

What makes you think they can't follow a strict diet. They make a shitload of money so haveing proper roids, supplements, and food is not an issue. They get paid to look good and entertain.

very true,

but I spoke with someone who knew lex luger and said that they dont eat very well...fast foods and some protein shakes, beer.

They travel 7 days per week so preparing chicken breast and rice isnt the easiest thing to make in a rental.

Well first off they do not travel 7 days a week. Second they try to eat clean, but most still do pig out.. part of it may be some of thier genetics... but think about this.. as a pro wrestler myself.. I would say that even not eating all that clean.. with the amount of work involed in training, and working matches you burn a lot of calories.. so they don't have to eat 100% clean

"They travel 7 days per week so preparing chicken breast and rice isnt the easiest thing to make in a rental. - I think the fellas you see on TV can more then afford to eat pre-cooked food.

I think some may have a flase idea that all prowrestlers make a shit load of cash.

Only the superstars make shit loads of cash. Since Ive been talking to some people in the know, its not all that glamorous.

I once saw Kurt Angle at the GYm with Nitro-tech! So Im sure some try to eat as clean as possible cause most gyms have a food bar.

When a few wrestlers came to my gym they each had their own rentals to drive... Ford Taurus.

Which fed are you in?

I may be training at www.syndicatewrestling.com

probaly

Half and half.

Lets say they wake up have a protein shake and thats it. For lunch maybe some fast food. For dinner maybe a clean meal. Than on the late night beer and chicken wings. They aren't going to make gains off of the diet but it shouldn't fuck them up and I'm sure if they are getting soft they just go strict for a few days.

I worked for the IWF,ECPW,UWA, and GWF.. all based in NJ.. I checked out that site.. they don't seem to be a respectable organization... but if thats your thing bro.. then good luck and don't die... seriously though.. if you are really serious about getting into wrestling I suggest not geting into something that looks that much like backyard wrestling... not a flame or anything bro... just looking out.

im racking my brain right now...but as far as competitve appearances go, i wouldnt say any of them are RIPPED. i mean they all have a decent amount of fat. im sure there are some exceptions but the rock, stone cold, undertaker, kane, these guys dont have veins rippling out of everywhere.

Thats exactly what I was going to say. I mean it all depends on your deffinition of "ripped", but I really only consider a few of them ripped. I mean guys like Undertaker, Test, Jericho, etc.., are just big dudes, but certainly not ripped, with good genetics and cycles under there belts I'm sure they could pretty much eat whatever they wanted to look like that.
