Guy at my nutrition store is pushing Spawn with Reversitol for PCT.

I was considering it along with preload/thru cycle on cycle support. ON 100% classic, fish oil, and multi"s. May add a NO as well. Taurine for pumps?

Pct would be Reversitol and creatine. What else do I need?

First time cycle (no AAS or PH experience).

Stats: 6'3", 195lbs (just finishing cut from 208). Been lifting three years (properly, 5 if you count half ass lifting).

Well Havoc and Cyclotren compound are great stack together. I have done it and liked it a lot. Go for it. altho.....it may be cheaper to just buy them each individually lol. plus you know the quality that way better too.

Resveratrol is a good ingredient for PCT, but it's not nearly enough by itself.

Is Spawn too harsh for a first cycle? Is it better to go with a single ingredient first time around?
