PRO Endurance Athlete?

crider

New member
I am an endurnace athlete. I am 22 years old and am in my first pro year... I am interested in HGH for the long term cycles (6-8 months). As well as other AAS that mimic and help with lean mass or even allow you to maintain power with loss of weight.

or mabye IGF-1? if you know it or have seen it give me some ideas becuase I need to do my homework.

what we do as endurance athletes is highly catabolic and I would like to maintian power and increase lean mass while still training and riding 20-30 hours per week.

Will the benifits from a long term cycle (6 months) 6 days a week stay around with training?

Also what other AAS can I be interested in when I have to worry about testing?

Any help or comment I am ready so shoot.

any thoughts
very new.

Another young guy posted about gH use -- by itself it won't really do much re: muscle growth / strength. Might help w/ recovery some. Long term use helps sort of generally "maintain" things.

RE: testing - I guess there you're going to have to research & cycle around the testing schedule. Can't help you there.

number of good threads/experiences listed here about EQ and its effect on red blood cell count being of great benefit to the CV endurance and some info on anaerobic threshold.... GH is a wonderful tool for both recovery and connective tissue health, and well worth doing loads of your own research on.

I do events that are 3-5 hours long.

I need strength and lean mass if any mass.

My diet changes throughout the season. But I am very specific with what goes in. I doubt I need to worry about gaining my reason for AAS or other gear is to counteract the loss of strength from trying to lean out durring the peak of the season or the catabolic effects of training for long hours but eating less.

hope thats what you need.
