That sux , but just what they told me ,the firt time i started working out again after 3 years off... how long u been slacking i say 3 years ,well that how far off i was at getting back in shape ,of course i went straight on juice after a few month of training , so ur problem is the same , just reverse it u were on it for 10 years on and off ,, is not gona go back to normal in a few month give it a year or so at least ..my 2 cents dont give up u be ok..
