Gains really start to show around week 3… when strength, recovery and aggression go through the roof. I went up to 211 from 195lbs in the 4 week cycle than I did. [partly muscle memory of course]

Libido seemed to jump up for the first few weeks, and then it stated to decline around week 3 when the gains really started to kick in… oh well … more focus on training…
