Primobol Tabs, when to take?

i have 50mg primobol tabs, i know the half life is pretty short (4-6 hours) is it best to space it out like everything else? i know the tabs at first pass through the liver are mostly broken down. does that mean the first pass of the day? or will they all be mostly broken down by the liver if i space them out through the day? probably a common confusion but i guess im just wondering the proper way to space them out without every tab being broken down by the liver. if someone could shed some light on this for me i'd appreciate it.

Space them out as you would with any other oral.
