Dude you always screaming about me losing weight first!!!!!!! We have the same percentage of bodyfat, Im 15% and weight 226lb. What you dont realize is im a bigger man than you brother, im almost 6'0in tall. If you can cycle at 15-16% bodyfat why cant I. Im on a good diet right now my friend so i do realize how important diet is, trust me. I know primo willn't make me lose weight but i do know it will perserve muscle while losing weight. I will start my cycle once im down to about 210lbs but my final goal is 195lbs-200lbs with about 10% bodyfat. Thanks for the replies.
I was at 7% bf when I ran my first cycle 'brother' .. and my goals were to PUT ON MASS AND STRENGTH. i wasn't trying to lose weight then, and I'm not today either. and I'm hovering around 13% bf now, after 2 deca cycles I ballooned to 16% but then I cut back down using a strict diet.
you always come on here and want to lose weight. so I am giving you advice. you've run how many cycles and your goal is still to lose weight. dunno what it will take for you to understand that AAS doesn't help you lose weight. you need to fix your diet.
Nelson above said the same thing.
I do think that primo is a good AAS to run for people who want to mantain their weight or add a few pounds of water-less quality muscle, because it isn't so dependent on a ton of cals to work like deca is. but it is NOT gonna make you lose 15 pounds i guarantee you or in your case 28 pounds!! when you run a cycle you should be going all out, and not trying to lose weight.. you should lose weight first then cycle. I gave the same advice to a guy via PM yesterday who is a noob, and he is taking my advice.. in his case he says he has several weaknesses and he wants to run AAS to fix those weak muscles.. I told him FIX the weaknesses first, don't use AAS to fix them. whether your weakness is muscle size, strength, endurance, bf, weight, diet.. by the time you run a AAS cycles you should be humming on all cylinders. which means you have everything in check.
or else you are just wasting your money and time.
actually with that kind of goal I would recommend doing cardio 4-5X per week and ease up on the weight training. also I would tell you to stop eating at 6pm and have a very tiny dinner. you want to lose 28 pounds in 3 months, that is the best way to do it. I just helped a friend lose 12 pounds in 5 weeks with a strict diet and a very small dinner. and they were already pretty lean
