I was the same size as you and when I used it at 300mg a week) year and half ago) I noticed hardness and that it,,......No weight gain
If you diet it might be a different story but Im not a big fan of it. I have been using it at 200mg a week and it seams to hold muscle fairly well aftre my last bulking cycle.....
But to diet I wouldnt trust 200-300 i think yur gambling with muscle if yur restricting cals enough, thast how i feel about it since i have used and am currently using it
If i was cutting id use at least 400mg while restricting cals or just save a ton of money and use test at 500mg..w/proverian thats what im doing and I even have enough promi to run 400mg a week just dont think its strong enough if tiyur dieting hardcore, proverin.arimi whatever to cut water
