Post up your favorite Primo dosages and cycles, bulkers or cutters.

600mg of primo for 12 weeks
50mg Of winstrol for 8 weeeks

I ran this before and it ROCKED!!!!!

Now id prefer anavar or winny tho

Is 12 weeks long enough or too long to run Primo?
 
is 400mg/week primo, along with the winny enough?
also I have the turkish shering and the labels are not aligned perfectly, is this counterfeit? has anyone else used the same brand and how was the label?

ummmm....hehehe...for the first 2 weeks here 250mg primo eod with prop 100mg eod and 50mg oral winstrol......its kickin but i just stopped tren so its hard to match the gains that tren was giving...def lean gains....not crazy powerful....but really changes body composition
 
My last cycle was the best I have done to date. Got the best looking gains and I'm keeping the majority of them as we speak. It was:

1-18 test e 750mg ew
1-4 tbol 50mg ed
12-18 var 75mg ed
8-18 primo 900mg ew

Just an awesome cycle.

What did your diet consist of during this cycle?
 
Protein was at about 190-200 grams ed. Moderate carb intake. RARELY ate any junk food, no soda, chips, etc. Oatmeal every morning along with a protein shake. At about 10am I had another shake and cottage cheese. 12:30 usually had chicken or turkey (approx 1/2 - 3/4lbs). Around 3pm-ish I had another cottage cheese, hit the gym at 6:15pm. Had a shake right after my workout on my way home. Ate dinner, which usually consisted of some meat and a vegetable. I'm Italian so I do eat macaroni a couple times a week. Then before I go to bed I will have oatmeal or something like that.

What brand of primo you run?
 
primo is a drug that only works if you make it work....test, dbol, deca, tren and even var will all have noticeable effects even if you don't train hard or diet right...but primo takes a good effort to see its effects....you need a clean high protien diet, hardcore training, and atleast 600mg.....primo works best when you put your body in a catabolic state.....

a gram a week does a body good :) I have a couple of hundred Turkish Shering Primo's I picked up in a pharmacy over there, legit as can be, we an compare photo's if you would like to see if yours look the same.

damn bro thats a lot of "boo-boos"!! lol 10cc's every week!! i am running 1200mg for the first two weeks but its 200mg/ml and less painful than scherings....although scherings blow it out of the water in terms of gains.....and i figured out that var with primo is much better than winstrol and primo for those considering primo/winstrol....they do just about the same damn thing.

I agree, alot of sticks and the Sherings need warmed up cause the oil is so thick compared to UG labs, also Var is my oral of choice with Primo.

What do you guys think about using Primo in a bulker?... A bulker without the bloat... like...

Test Prop 100mg/day wks 1-12
Tren Ace 100mg/day wks 1-10
Primo 800mg/wk wks 1-12
Tbol 80mg/day wks 1-4 and again at wks 9-12

Primo gains are the most solid and long lasting -- partly because what you gain is clean with no bloat and the nitrogen retention builds real muscle. Once you have it, you just have to train to keep it.

But yeah, Boston, 150 grams of protein? Dude, that's low for a natty looking to grow. Up that to 300 grams while on Primo and the difference is astounding.

All steroids are essentially "bulkers." They work best in a calorie surplus. You just won't get that puffy look with Primo, but if that's what you like, add some D-bol and creatine. You'll blow up.

Current stats:

Age: 37
Height: 5'11
Weight: 185lbs
13% BF or so...


I am REALLY interested in giving this a rip... I was going to do:

Weeks 1 - 12 Primo - 525mg a week or 75mg day
Weeks 1 - 16 Prop - 525mg a week or 75mg day
Var - 60 - 80mg a day.. but I'm not sure if I'll start with it, or end with it...


Anyway... I know that everyone says to run it @ 600mg minimum.. but I know Nelson has recommended 400mg a week... so I'm curious if 525mg will be enough... Should be interesting...

I've only used it once a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago with Nelson's original short cycle theory:

Weeks 1 - 4 - 400mg Primo a week
Weeks 1 - 2 - 250mg Sustanon

Week 1 - 30mg Dbol a day
Week 2 - 25mg Winny a day
Week 3 - Back to 30mg Dbol a day

Old thinking.. and this was 38947590 years ago... but it hardened me up nicely... :D

My goals:

To just get harder, more vascular, and leaner.. Sort of a recomp... I'm at a point in my life where I don't necessarily want to be "Huge" Just hard, and lean...

I plan on eating 300/300/80 P/C/F That's 3120 cals a day...

What do you gusy think ?
