Hey all, I'm new to the board and would like to say Hi to all the members to start off. OK I have a couple questions??
I'm 29, 5-10, 180lbs about 13%bf, been working out for about 2.5 years. But haven't worked out in about 4 months (back injury). Since It's been feeling better lately, i wanna start working out again.
I was looking at doing
600mg Primo
for 8 weeks. My goals are just some solid muscle and ripped (about 10 lbsof muscle)? should that do it or should I add some winny or what??
