Primo + "Hard Work and a good diet" will get you permanent gains.

However, if you have to take something else

Anavar, Winny, Eq would all be good choices with minimal water retention.

I think if you want realy gains you must add some androgens,sustanon one amp/week will be fine with
about 400mg of primo.
