I usaully stay away from thread dealing with dosages but for this one I ma inclined to chime in. Primo at a gram a week I think for most people is a waste of primo. Dosages should be determined by the individual, starting with a lower dose and increasing based on results if needed. As an example, if I had posted my last cycle I would have been flamed and looked at as and idiot that doesn't know what hes doing even though I've been in this game for almost 20 years. At the risk of looking like and idiot my last cycle was 300mg primo PW (8 weeks)with 40mg of var (weeks 1-5). My goal was to cut up a little, I was running a calorie deficit (2700 cal PD). I lost 11mm on abdominal skin fold, gained 10lbs of bodyweight and my strength still had a fairly substantila increase. This is my 3rd cycle that included primo. I may be an idiot in the eys of some but it works for me
