I know they can chew thru boxes/bags of food, but if I keep said boxes/bags in one of those 18 gallon Rubbermaid tubs with the locking lid - they prolly won't get into it then right??
Those locking lids are never really sealed perfectly. If you have other stuff on top of the lid to hold it securely in oplace, then you're alright.
I'd get the glue traps, they work pretty well, but you still need to get rid opf them afterwards. The mice just scream like little brans when caught and don't shut up.

Hmmm, I may take up some poison....
