pretty dissapointed with acnetame...

I would have stayed on four tabs longer. Too late now I guess for you. Don't lower the dose until the acne actually starts to dissipate guys.
It does not work for 100% of people unfortunately. It does work for most people who take it though. With the new N2clear even more people should have success. It is important you guys follow the directions. I have seen two people post now who said they weren't getting results recently and neither were following the directions as the bottle states. Two tabs a day is for normal acne and it works great. People who have oil that appears on their face at that rate means you need to go with the instructions on the bottle for sure, "For severe acne take two servings per day" (4 tabs)
Acnetame is the last option you can take before needing script medication a Doctor will give you. One will be antibiotics, which Acnetame IMO works for more people and is of course far safer. The final option is accutane which is the best thing for results. It is an option you want to hold off on because of the nasty/toxic side effects which include liver issues. What sucks is that it has to be annoying to go to a Doc for acne you only get post cycle. Also, by the time you get your appointment the acne may have subsided on it's own anyway. Watch your diets as well post cycle as excess sugars and saturated fat in your diet will exacerbate your situation.

I can't see the oil, but if i touch it there will be a bit on my finger. My acne is not severe by any stretch of the imagination..which is why i ran 4 for awhile and then two...as the bottle says.

tanning also helps by the uv rays plus masking the scars

Agreed. Be careful though, I'd go real easy on the tanning until the pimples go away. I have a tanning bed, and had bad well water (contaminated) where I got little pimples/rash on my arms. The tanning turned a lot of them into freckles. They look like little cancer spots.

If you are not clearing up it is at a severe level with that amount of oil build up. Could take a 2 full weeks at 4 tabs before it starts working. If it doesn't work then you may need accutane, but like I said it could clear up by the time you get the accutane or get an appointment if this is just Post cycle acne.

i used acnetame 4 caps ED , 2 Taken twice daily along with a topical solution called zineyrt.

my acne was severe on back and shoulders ! 4 weeks of this ^^^^^^^^^and most of it has dried up or gone.

you could add 5g of vit b5 powder to a protein shake also.

drop the topicals you are using now. Start using my new soap and the asne-tame. Send me a email I will send you some more of both so you can keep going.

I'm on my phone at work but ill shoot you an email when I get home needto..you're the mother Fin man.

Thanks for your input guys...hopefully accutane is not necessary. It doesn't seem severe to me because I don't have a ton of pimples. Persistent would be a better word. But ill differ to your experience latirnos
