I would have stayed on four tabs longer. Too late now I guess for you. Don't lower the dose until the acne actually starts to dissipate guys.
It does not work for 100% of people unfortunately. It does work for most people who take it though. With the new N2clear even more people should have success. It is important you guys follow the directions. I have seen two people post now who said they weren't getting results recently and neither were following the directions as the bottle states. Two tabs a day is for normal acne and it works great. People who have oil that appears on their face at that rate means you need to go with the instructions on the bottle for sure, "For severe acne take two servings per day" (4 tabs)
Acnetame is the last option you can take before needing script medication a Doctor will give you. One will be antibiotics, which Acnetame IMO works for more people and is of course far safer. The final option is accutane which is the best thing for results. It is an option you want to hold off on because of the nasty/toxic side effects which include liver issues. What sucks is that it has to be annoying to go to a Doc for acne you only get post cycle. Also, by the time you get your appointment the acne may have subsided on it's own anyway. Watch your diets as well post cycle as excess sugars and saturated fat in your diet will exacerbate your situation.
