Pressure in head (ears)

Ive been having consistant pressure problems....not a headache, but like sinus pressure in the ears...like all the fuckin time! Im doing 50min cardio on empty stomach in the morning, lifting at night....eating 3 times a day, maybe 4.....no more than 2000 cals a day. After about 3 weeks of this dropped from 233 to 223.
Was taking only stim-x and aromasin ED,
dropped the stim-x, upped the a-sin dose and added lipo-6 (1 in morning, one in afternoon), anadrol at 50mg ed and NPP at 150mg every mon and thurs. Use the lipo-6 before morning cadrio along with YES.

I fell like utter shit......pressure in the ears all the time, keep getting bouts of shortness of breath (like i cant get a good deep breath, yawning a lot).
TERRIBLE anxiety today, feels like my heart is beating 3 times as hard as normal (not fast, i can just feel it beating through my whole chest).


Ive had the head pressure thing on and off AAS for the past month along with drying in back of throat and sinuses. Any of you get this shit? Im thinking a-sin or my body is just saying its had enough....the a-sin is the only thing ive used through all of this.
 
Also, the pressure in the ears/head seems to radiate to the sides of my jaw, like ive been chewing for days.
 
go see a doctor. i take BP meds and xanax for anxiety. i feel pretty good, even while running a moderate cycle.
 
My BP never really gets too high, on cycle it hovers around 130/90. My anxiety is usually not too bad, but today, damn, felt like i needed to go do something, but felt too shitty to do it....wanted to talk to someone, but didnt want to talk to anyone......shittyness.
I need to tak the weekend off from all the cardio and shit and start eating a little more, see what happens...never had the pressure in the head thing though, i feel like i need to close my nostrils and blow my nose (equalize the pressure).
 
Any nosebleeds?Had a couple of friends who got that head pressure thing from drol.Said it felt like their head was going to explode.

can't you try an aspirin? i lived with that type of shit for a long time, pretty unpleasant.
 
Um, eat some food. Really. 2000 cal/day for you is fine for a couple weeks at a time - but not a month at a time. Cycle your caloric level. Also, eat more times per day.

What is your blood pressure? You should be following it close on this cycle/diet plan. This seemes like a strange cutting cycle. Are you sure 2000 calories was not a typo?


Also, I'm really not a big fan of the empty stomach cardio, especially to the extent you're doing it - ESPECIALLY when considering the cycle and diet.

i got a whole bottle of homebrew sitting here, took one dose from it and never again. way to uppity for my BP.

Me too.Gave me heart palpitations like someone was beating a bongo drum inside of me.Made me feel nauseated too.
 
Yeah, i need a break....thing is, i did for about 2 months in jan-feb and lost 30lbs, felt fine thoughout, including the drol.....didnt have this head thing though...i also ate less then i am now!
No nosebleeds though and the BP isnt bad really at all. Im thinking the cardio in the AM is too much with all the shit im on.

It sucks cuz for me, the only way i begin to look half decent (34 inch waist) is if i half murder myself like i did earlier this year. With all the shit i do to myself, i should be at 9%BF and yolked.......my body fights back too much though.

2000 isnt a typo, probly less actually.....in my jan-feb cutter, i ate usually 3 times a day, no more than 1500 cals......maybe on a saturday, i ate around 2500, but for the most part, it was for the better part of 2 months....everyone noticed the results and i felt great, but i jumped from 213 back up to 235 and put some back on my waist (about an inch).

Thanx for the advice guys, ill try all the above and see what happens.
