Jaikens, Jaikens, Jaikens-what a classic footballer name-I've finally found a fellow footballer on this board (besides Fonz who I rarely see post anymore). God bless you my friend- I just finished my summer season and damn my body aches but Im in the same boat as you and I can seriously help you having tried about every pre and seasononal combo availible.
EQ is my favorite sprorts enhancing substance since it doesn't add water and it increases recovery and endurance levels. I feel like I can play 90 minutes at full strength with this even at as little as 300mg/week. Also keeps appetite up during training which is essential for the obvious reasons.
Fina works for me too since it is very-anticatibolic and seems to help my speed and strength esp. and I get not h2o retent. It, however has caused some fatique problems in some people-but not me.
Deca for me was a bit overrated for its "healing" properties on joints but again that effect may more pronounce for you. It also can some guys bad retention but thats usually at higher doses than for our purposes. If you tested this drug is to be avoided at all costs since it stays in your system for up to a year and a half.
Test works real well for me with an anti-aromitase(arimidex)-very anti-catibolic, speed/stenght improvement, good recovery, a good base for pre and during season but using a powerful antiaromitase is essential.
Stanazolol, I avoid this compound like the plague because of cramping and joint pain. I don't care how many people say Ben Johnson used this, IMO, its not suited for our purposes at all.
D-bol, I have only use it in 15-20mg doses/day with an anti-aromitase. Jury still out on this one for me-it seems like because of its properties it should be a nice addition to your arsenal but I would never use it without an anti-aromitase and only in small amounts.
Anapolon/Anadrol-Haven't used it yet, but plan on using it at 25mgs/d this fall for its increase in RBC for and EPO like effect. Will see.
Primobolan-Gave me bad lower back pumps that were debilitating and its also too damn expensive, avoid it for soccer.
Haloteston-not sure about this one but since its so liver-toxic why bother for the potential results.
HGH/Insulin-These are two things I will probably use when I get into my mid-30s. HGH maybe the best thing for injured soccer players or anyone for that matter since it promotes fat loss, hastens recovery and may heal some pre-existing connective tissue injuries. I would surmise that most of the pros in Europe are taking HGH for these vary reasons and bc its impossible to detect.
All of these drugs (the ones that I have used) do pretty much the same thing but at varying degrees. However, each one does have a "unique" or distinctive chararcteristic that makes it particularly useful for different applications.
A good all around cycle for soccer during training or season for the "averaged" sized soccer player.
300mg EQ-endurance, appetite
250mg Test-strenght, speed, recovery
200mg Deca-recovery, joints
Arimidex as needed for water retention
Diet should be between 1500-2500 very clean cals above maint. a day depending on variables like intensity of workouts and metabolism. Make sure to eat enough carbs-you should know by your energy levels.
Also be sure to use a lot power training and plyos during offseason. I've always argued US soccer players aren't big enough since you need some size for durability and to knock the shit out of other players. Get as big as you can without compromising too much endurance. I'm about 5'9" and currently way 212 which is almost my ideal weight-I play striker and am almost impossible to be pushed off the ball and sheilding the ball is easier-I've torn several players acl/mcl by running throught their high foot traps and high tackles. Obviously if your a MF then less size, and if your D or a F then slightly more size.
These are very moderate doses by BB standards so it had an upside in regards to sides, expense and post-cycle recovery. Also to really keep your edge I would reccomend planning starting your cycle a few weeks before the season starts and staying on throughout. If your tested then I would find a detection times chart and base your cycle on that which may end up just a bunch of test with some d-bol and a shitload of aromitase inhibitors-STEROIDS AREN'T WORTH YOUR COLLEGIATE OR PRO CAREER.
Sorry for the wordy post please tell me your stats and soccer background and postion-out of curiosity. PM me if you want to exchange emails.
