Preparation H

I was talking to a guy who said when he was competing he use to rub Preparation H on certain body parts to give him a more tone look. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? Are there any bad side effects?

Yes it works. It takes out water from the skin, some people apply it and go tan, others put it on a nights(mostly on mid-section) wraps celofan around the stommach. IT'll only be noticable if you have a low bf%

Thanks for the reply. I did a search on Preparation H and got no results thats why I posted. I usually try to serch before so as nt to look like a dumb ass. Have you got any suggestions as to what key word to search for? Thanks again for the reply!
