My understanding is that the increased test in a woman's body while using aas can put a potential fetus at risk of being born with both sex organs (sorry forgot technical name for this). Which is why it is suggested that a woman not be on anything when trying to get pregnant and that it is even better if you wait awhile after a completed cycle (like a year). But I'm definitely no expert so you should probably checkwith a physician if keeping the baby is an option.
