The bodybuilding season is here and I will be doing a big show in mid August looking to qualify for the nationals and then doing the nationals a few months later.
Current stats: 21years old, 6 foot, 250lbs 12%bf
Ill be staying in the heavyweight class which means my weight contest weight will have to be below 225lbs, I will probably come in at around 220lbs with conditioning being a top priority so i don't care how much i weigh for the show as long as the glutes are striated.
Here is the cycle starting at 12 weeks out coming from a 500mg test e cruise:
Week 1-3 Anadrol 100mg ED
Week 1-4 Test enanthate 1000mg /week
Week 1-10 Deca 600 /week
Week 5-8 Test cypionate 1000mg /week
Week 5-11 Tren ace 75mg ED
Week 8-10 Test Prop 75mg ED
Week 8-12 Masteron 75mg ED
Week 10-12 Halotestin 30mg ED
Week 10-12 Arimidex 2mg ED
Diet will start out at 500g protein 400g carbs, minimal fats and taper down.
Cardio will be 10 45min sessions per week with low intensity.
