pre-workout snack . .

A peanut-butter and jelly sandwhich on whole wheat; 8 oz 2% milk; one boiled egg white and 30mg Dbol - all 2 hours prior to work-out.
 
at the moment i eat 50 gr oats 2hrs pre workout, then 45 mins pre workout i drink fizigen blast cycle(makes my stomoach hurt a bit but works) then about 15 minutes before workout i eat a banana and sip a 40gram whey protein shake with semi skimmed milk during workout. seems to work well for me and keep my energy up all the way through workout.
