pre-workout boost

What's a good pre-workout drink to put a little zip into my workouts? I was thiking about trying ultimate orange or something along those lines. Any suggestions? And don't say 2 cc's fina in each bi, i know you're online mustang.
 
2cc of Fina in each Bi LMAO! Wait nevermind hehehe Try Speed Stack by American Body Building. That shit will kick your ass into gear

oops, i meant 1 cc in each bi, no need for man boobs. Did you get any side effects from the speed stack? I hear alot of people have a hard time sleeping after those drinks, even 6+ hours after it.

I got none at all except for increased anxiety (from all E/C/A stacks) I took it at about 5pm and was out like a light by 11 that night.

bro ive used speed stack for a while, as long as you dont take e/c/a or any other thermogenic compound the day you use it you should be ok
 
I find ECA gets me just revving to lift. One problem with it is you might get a little dependent on it. I've used it for almost every workout for the past few years, with the exception of the last couple of months. I didn't really think anything of it, until one day I realized how often I was using the shit.

speed stack is the best...........i can only drink half........any more...........and i am to jumpy

you'll like that stuff its, the "test" of thermogenics
 
A couple years ago I used to use one scoop of Twinlab's powdered Ripped Fuel, one scoop of Ultimate OJ and one of the old school Dymetadrine 25s.....before a crazy tough workout....did this for a few months...I was never so lean in my life...and I can't even tell you the change that used to come over me ....intensity isn't even the word....but I had to stop using it .....its easy to become dependent....started to alarm me.... :evil:
 
1/2 tab of superclen and 75mg of viagra washed down with orange juice and 50g of maltodextrin. Be prepared for liftoff.
 
Try to find some pure ephedrine. It leaves your system faster than those extracts and "stack" energy supplements. Pure is my choice and I have no prob sleeping. I take 150mg with a couple of red bulls and I can train good! But everyone is different. You should try em' all to see what works best for you. Just be careful.

A quick 15-30 minute nap always worked wonders for me. After such a nap a small cup of cofee and i was wired. Always got mind blowing pumps. Kinda hard to do though if you workout right after work.
