Pre Work Out shake+High Rep Training=PUKING???

I started a new high rep routine last week. I normally have 1/2 cup oats and 2 scoops of protein (50 g protein) in a shake prior to my workout. I have now puked some of it back up twice during my workout in the last couple weeks. Does this happen to anyone else? Should I change something???
 
Protein shakes dont sit well in my stomach before training. Would try 2 whole eggs and a cup of egg whites with your oatmeal an hour before training. Also eat an hour before training.
 
I know a lot of people have this problem. Doesn't seem to be an issue for me. Do you do milk in that pre-shake? Could be the milk. Maybe try some sort of juice instead.
