you talking about the separation of oil??? from what I read, the only way to prevent that from hapenning is by adding a tiny bit of hydrogenated oils... which would make it NOT natural...

I wonder how skippy is gonna pull that one .... kinda reminds me about a post someone made about some fat-free peanut butter...

As far as I know that's why it's ANPB. I'm sure when it's made initially, it's all mixed up but after sitting in the jar on the shelf the oil separates and rises to the top.

when I mix it, it stays mixed, the oil doesn't separate again, granted it only lasts 1-2 weeks on my shelfs.

It such a chore to mix it up, I go into a state of horror at the thought of having to mix a new jar whenever I finish a jar. I always leave an unmixed ring at the bottom too. Specially when I buy the bigger jar at Costco, it's hard to get the spoon all the way down.

I agree...that's why I don't mix it in the jar. Just scoup it out into a container, them mix it. It's a lot faster, and less mess.
