Pre-loaded syringes

Does anybody here prepare their pins in advance by preloading them and storing them? If so, how? And what advice would you give to maintain sterility? I've never done this, so some questions I have are:
- do you need to store them needle up so as not to lose the liquid?
- do you even store them with the needle on? Or take it off?
- assume you store them with the draw needle on and then switch to the inject needle at the time your ready?
- where to store for sterility? Inside a zip lock? Anything else?
- how many/how long can they be stored for?

Just looking for all your experience out there so I don't fuck it up when I do it :-)

Thanks.

What's your reasoning behind doing so? It's not worth risking sterility and the chance at cellulitis, bacterial infection, or a bad abscess all over the whopping 1min it takes to draw from the vial or amp.

There have been times I was low on drawing needles so I preloaded a few syringes with the same pin. Just drew the air out and definitely leave the pin on and put it back in the package. It was fine, though I wouldn't leave it for months.

I will do that a day or two in advance sometimes if I load a few syringes and only have the stomach to do 1 or 2 pins that day.. don't see a problem with it.

now loading it in advance for a whole cycle makes no sense to me lol, but I don't think you mean that

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, this is what I mean. My challenge is that my current lifestyle makes it difficult to pin during the week (m-f that is). That's the main reason I pin only long e esters, so I only pin once a week, on the weekends.

But for my next cycle I want to add primo to the mix, and need to pin that at least one additional time during the week (in addition to a pin on the weekend). As I said its tough for me to find the time and the place (and the privacy) to do it correctly during the week. There just lots of challenges that contribute to this (work, family, other commitments,,etc). So I need to be ready to break out a pin and do it as quickly as possible.

Hard to think I'll be successful breaking open 3 amps and drawing them in and shooting when in my car. So I thought I would just preload a single barrel over the weekend, and then it would be quick to pin it during the week (Wednesday) when I find the right moment.

I don't see any reason to preload syringes. Who can't afford an extra minute or two to draw from a vial?

Problem is I'll be drawing 3mls total, 1 from each of a 1ml amp...,not from a vial. So this is tough to do when you're pressed for time and privacy.
