Pre Lipo/Amp/Raw Stack.

Here i am today 5-5-08, pre stack. will update.

i know my chest is weak, thats my hardest muscle to grow. outside cardio, anything i should hit harder? thanks for any feedback.
 
Let me rephrase... my one word answer sounded so dickish... like me and everyone else here, everything. It never ends. You look like you have a pretty good base going there! Good luck with the stack and please post results.
 
Honest to Frank, you have just about the same exact build (ecto)/numbers as me... I have a few more years on you though (35). My genetics are horrible (I'm the family runt, thanks Gpa, you midgeted twig). Your arms are looking pretty good... now just hit the chest, traps, and shoulders and you'll fill out quite well!

from those pics you really cant see my traps but they are big, i shrug alot for my size, 415lbs 6-8 times. shoulders are my fav to do. Military press consists of 1 set 50lb dumbell, 12 reps, 60lb 10 reps, 70lb 6-8 reps and back down. my genes are crap too. graduated high school in 2k at 195lb fat as hell.
 
Crap, dude! Those pics do a helluvalot more for you! Good job. Now I'm really interested to see how you liked the stack... like I said, same boat for me. BTW, nice posters... mancave? :)

thanks guys, the stack is is still in the jury's hands. will post new pics and let you know my opinion in a few weeks. if you had to guess, whats my bf%?

damn....i weigh 230lbs @15% bf 5'10" been lifting for over 25yrs and my traps are one of my best body parts, get compliments on them all the time. ive never even attempted to shrug 415lbs. most ive ever done is 365 for 2-3.

well, i did 5 sets of 305 tonight 10-12 reps/set. only do 415 every other week, my goal is to do 500. do you use straps? i have to. anything above 275 kills my my hands, i try to hold off as long as i can cause that i feel is the best workout for my forearms.

2nd set of pics was the day after the first 2 were taken, guess my back looks better then the front, lol.
 
your right man, eating clean and lifting hard. notice a difference but nothing like i have heard raving about. maybe its just me but kinda blows me to be honest.
