Hey everyone, I am from the land down under and my first ever log despite being a longtime lurker of all major forums. I have 10 years training experience and have endured the ups and downs and inconsistencies and injuries like everyone does throughout my journey, but have really dialed in my training techniques, injury management, and pharmacological applications over the last two years. I have been enhanced for approximately 18 months, which has largely consisted of TRT+ regimen of 150-300mg testosterone weekly, accompanied by 100-300mg primobolan weekly for 6 months, and pulsing anavar 5-10mg pre workout during my more "blasting" phases.
I am currently going through a slow but progressive recomposition over the last 5 months to reach down to 8-10% bf before I increase my doses and begin to periodically ramp my training and nutrition upwards strategically during my largest and most experimental blast to date. During this time, blood work will be conducted monthly to assess health markers, but to also give testament to the quality of my sponsor's products.
I am honored to represent @Infinity Labs and whom will be supporting me throughout this log to see me reach my goals but also demonstrate the high efficacy and quality of their products.

Weight: 107kg
Height: 6'3"
BF: 14% approximate (untested)
Cardio: Walking 15-20k steps per day + run 3-5km x3 per week (fasted depending on work schedule)
Resistance training: Typically chest+ back, shoulders + arms, legs, additional day for weak body parts: left leg, left arm, left shoulder (possible old denervation injury). Overall training load, stimulus, and frequency will be ramped according to cycle progress over time transitioning into growth phase.
Diet: 2900 calories daily approx and follows exact format: 250 g rice, 250g cooked weight chicken breast, salad combination with avocado x2 per day and megashake. Megashake: 80g rolled oats, 250g light milk, 150g water, 100g greek yogurt, 200g mixed frozen berries, 30g chia seeds, 2 large eggs, 80g vanilla WPC

Current androgens: 200mg testosterone enanthate increased to 300mg this week and 200mg weekly Infinity Labs masteron enanthate
Current peptides: 3.6mg weekly Infinity labs retatrutide and 2.5iu HGH pre bed daily
Current Ancillaries: 12.5mg aromasin when required, 600mg injectable carnitine daily, 10mg ezetimibe daily for intermittent periods when required, 10-20mg propranolol morning and night, 5mg cialis daily.

Future androgens: Testosterone will be ramped to a maximum of 600mg per week, masteron E or P will be ramped to a maximum of 400mg per week, and EQ will be ramped between 200-400mg per week depending on tolerability.
Future peptides: Retatrutide to be ramped up to 5-6mg weekly in coming months in accordance with body fat goals and then titrated back down to maintenance 1-2mg per week during growth phase. HGH to slowly ramp up to 4-6iu daily before bed especially during growth phase.
Future ancillaries: Same as current but adjustments made for kidney and blood pressure if required e.g. empagliflozin and telmisartan.

Plan is to lower calories slowly to a low of 2400 and adjust cardio if required to meet bf% requirements. At this point, androgens will be increased slightly and assessed on a month to month basis, and the same approach to incremental calorie increase up to 3500 (duration approx 6 months).

Leg training:
Dynamic stretching for hip flexors, abductors, hamstrings, glutes, quads and lower back spinal erectors.
Isolation exercises executed with short rest breaks, emphasised time under tension and stretch for higher intensity.
Compound movements 3-4 minute rest breaks between sets for maximum force output.
> Cybex leg extension: 58.5x20, 67.5x18, 76.5x14, 85.5x8 + drastic weight drop 31 and 22 kg drop set left leg only.
> Lying ham string curl: 50kgx20, 60x16, 70x8, 70x6 + 50,40,30kg drop set.
> walking lunges: 30kg addition until failure approx 20 reps, body weight till failure x30ish

10 total sets for legs in this session, but on average 16-24 sets total weekly for legs with some extra volume for left leg.
Felt pretty exhausted yesterday, the increase in retatrutide over the last week or two has me feeling a little flat. Overall energy is good through the day.

Chill day yesterday and half day at work.
14k total steps including a run and no resistance training.
Jog: 4.16km in 24:50 mins. Really took my time with this one, nice stride and felt lighter on the pavement compared to treadmill. I definitely could have pushed for 6 or 7km but I was lazy. Interested to see how introducing EQ will change my running performance.
Calories: 2547 but would round up to 2700 for residual calories to account for some satay sauce involved with last nights dinner.
Due to last minute resource limitations, the mega shake took a hit with no milk and only 50g mixed berries.
>Meal 1: 250g cooked chicken breast and 150g red baby potatoes
>Meal 2: 70g rolled oats, 70g WPC, 50g mixed berries, 300ml water, 30g chia seeds, 2 extra large eggs, 100g Greek yogurt
>Meal 3: 250g basmati rice, 200-250g cooked chicken breast with beans and capsicum in a satay sauce.
>Meal 4: Cadbury crunchie ice cream + 3 chocolate coated hazelnuts (because balance right?)

2ish hours post meal
KLOW blend: 300mcg bpc157, 300mcg tb500, 300mcg KPV, 1.5mg GHk-cu approx

Another relaxing day, not as many steps (11k) as usual due to work assignments. Otherwise had a solid arm and shoulder session in the morning.
12.5 Aromasin ed to bring down e2 from 304pmol/L, thanks to @Infinity Labs masteron, I did not feel a single high e2 side effect besides erectile dysfunction. Libido and function still recovering but feeling a difference now the estradiol is coming down. I’m typically very sensitive to high e2, so this was a nice surprise for me.

60 mins pre workout fasted: 2.5 iu gh + 300mg injectable carnitine. This is not usual for me but wanted to stimulate a little more fatloss with this addition + enhance some IGF-1 mediated growth mechanisms of my weak arm and shoulder and figured I might utilise GH around my weak body parts.
Arms, shoulders, calves, chest
>(Superset) Seated dumbbell curls: 17.5kgx18, 17.5x14, 15kgx12 -> dropset -> 12.5, 10, and 7.5kg absolute failure. Seated lateral raises: 10kgx20, 10kgx18, 10kgx14 -> drop set -> 7.5kg. Tricep rope push down: 22.5x16, 22.5x14, 18.5x16 -> drop set -> 16.5, 12.5kg to absolute failure.
>Cybex seated shoulder press: 40kg x 14, 50kg x 10, 60kg x 6
>Cybex standing calf raise: 68kgx14, 58kgx16, 48kgx12, 44kgx10. Focussing on big stretches on the eccentric phase with these.
>Body weight dips: 2 sets for 10-12 reps. Testing the boundaries with these post shoulder injury but felt pretty good.
>Cable face pulls: 22-30kg titration between 3 sets approx 12-16 reps strict form.
>(Superset) Overhead cable tricep extension + Cable curls x3 sets with a little more emphasis on left arm.. 3-4 RIR for right and 0-1 RIR for left.
Calories: Meal 1:
270g lean beef mince pattys with 180g basmati rice and 160g red baby potatoes.
Meal 2: Classic mega smoothie: 150 mL light milk, 150ml water, 150g mixed berries, 100g Greek yogurt, 70g rolled oats, 70g vanilla WPC, 30g chia seeds, 2 large eggs
Meal 3: caught up with some mates for dinner at the pub, ended up getting some beef cheeks, mash, broccoli and a couple pints of Coke Zero.
Unsure of the calories overall but estimated 3000 including a Cadbury crunchie ice cream.
Good way to finish the day.
KLOW blend and 2.5iu GH before bed.

No resistance training for each day, but getting ready for a solid leg session today!
Working through this erectile dysfunction slowly, currently on 12.5mg aromasin daily since last week.

Usually high dosing overreaction to e2 spikes on test kill estradiol and cause ED but if right dose used it’s no problem bro

I've run Letro too high precomp before, my Gf at the time said too me that I might aswell just become a Monk & never have sex again! 😅

yeah boys @koba and @the_alcatraz i didn’t word my original post properly with my AI use and couldn’t see any edit buttons. I had to ramp it up to ed as the eod maybe wasn’t enough to bring the e2 down for me. But can officially say that as of last night/yesterday, some solid progress has been made in the erectile department and should be back around the 60-80pmol/l range e2 hopefully by now, and will get my e2 tested tomorrow or next to be sure.
I was avoiding cialis so as to not artificially obscure my real erectile capability during this hormonal flux period, so I could self monitor more accurately, but will be reintroducing cialis soon. I’m going try 12.5mg aromasin x 3 times per week and then maybe withdraw it completely with the addition of EQ next week but giving that 4 or so weeks to take effect, I’m gonna be monitoring e2 monthly after this - the mast really caught me off guard, I can usually feel e2 symptoms pretty fast at approximately 100-115pmol/l but was not the case this time. It’ll be interesting to see how much EQ will effect this for me as a high aromatizer.

Leg training
Step count was piss poor due to work requirements - 6k steps
Dynamic stretching for all abductors, adductors, knees, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes and lower back erectors.
Cybex leg extension: 58.5x20, 67.5x20, 85.5x10, 85.5x8. Slow and controlled eccentric phases with ~1 min rest between sets
Cybex isolateral standing hamstring curl: 30kgx18, 40kgx12, 50kg x10, 50kgx8. Slow and controlled eccentric phases with ~1min rest
Cybex hack squat: 80kgx20, 100kgx16, 120kgx14, 140kgx8.
Calories
Meal1:
Smoothie with 2 eggs, 70g rolled oats, vanilla WPC, 30g chia seeds, 150ml light milk/ 150ml water, 100g Greek yogurt, 150g mixed berries ~ 1050 calories
Meal 2: 250g cooked chicken breast, 200g basmati rice, mixed salad ~ 750 calories post wirkout
Meal 3: dinner out at Korean restaurant and got a grilled chicken fried rice bowl and couple gyoza ~ 1000 calories

Feel drastically better this week, very noticeable uptick in sexual function managing e2 levels to more optimal range for me around 60-80pmol/l

Wednesday:
17k steps including a 3.3km run, felt great on the jog but cut it short for time constraints. Looking to increase average run distance to 5km+ instead of 3-5.
Chest training
Raptor incline press:
40kgx16, 40kgx14, 50kgx10, 60kgx7
Body weight dips: x12, x10
Cybex pec fly: 50kgx14, 70kgx8 -> drop set to 60kgx3 and 50kgx5
Body weight push up: reps till failure ~12
Calories
Meal 1:
250g cooked chicken breast, 200g basmati rice, 90g avocado ~ 850
Meal 2: smoothie ~ 1000 calories
Meal 3: 250g cooked chicken breast, 100g basmati rice, 90g avocado ~ 850
~ 2700 total calories (250P, 210C, 95F)
Shoulder is operating a lot better since the KLOW and GH, and felt good during this session.

Retatrutide increased to 4mg on Sunday the 22nd of this month, pinned once weekly
Still 2.5 GH before bed but about to work it up to 3iu nightly.
KLOW with 2ml reconstitution ~ 6 units morning and night (300mcg,300,300,1.5mg per dose) but reducing to once daily before bed (600,600,600, 3mg).
