Pre-Cycle Pics

Tomorrow I'm starting my very first cycle. I will be running Fina (75mg ED), and T200 (400mg/wk).

I'm 32 years old
Height 6'6
weight: 220
BF%: Estimated 8% by skin caliper at the gym
I've been working out about 9 months

I wanted to post these pics because I want to share true and accurate results of my cycle with other members that are considering the same.

Go easy on the flaming. I'm dedicated, but I'm no pro.

Also, a few words of encouragement wouldn't hurt as I am already a bit nervous about jabbing myself tomorrow.

a) you can only post pics if you are platinum member. As a normal member you could upload pics to another server and include the link with [ img ] url [ /img ] tags. But then the thread will most likely be moved to the pictures board.
b) it would be better for you if you wait a bit before you do your first cycle. 9 months does not make you an experienced lifter.
But since you will do it anyway, good luck. Half a year ago i couldn't imagine giving myself a shot, now i do it almost with routine. And if i could do it, everyone can :)

Thanks for the input. I've never done a cycle before. I think I have good genetics as far as bodyfat is concerned. I probably only get 100-150 grams of protein. And for the last month I have eaten a triple meat Wendy's hamburger supersized every day for lunch. But my metabolism is still strong. I'm real curious to see what happens when I eat right and cycle. My goal is 245 and 5% BF. The only supplement I'm taking is ALA. In my opinion the stuff lives up to the hype.
 
from what i can see in the pic you look good its fuzy or my vision is going bad. no leg shots not good. lol 9 months only of workign out not bad dude. I mysel in a couple of weeks will start winny and Prop and clen keep us updated on your cycle
 
My legs are small and my weakness. I'm not ashamed to show them in the pic, but I'm using a damn webcam and I can't get a good shot of my 6'6 legs. I broke my ankle playing basketball about a year ago and my ankle is now somewhat deformed. I'm just beginning to squat, but its slow going.

I am 34 and in a similar position. I am not at 8% more like 15% but I am also fairly genetically well off size wise IMO. By all means fire away! At 32 you don't have and eternity to kick the decision around. Keep us posted on your progress. I am interested in your results with the Fina on the first go around. I am going to run Test Enth at 600.
 
Not flaming you but I am calling bullshit. You say you have only been working out for 9 months. There is no way you body can look like that after only 9 months. Are you sure you never worked out in the past.

When you say you have only worked out for 9 months then I presume you have sat on the couch and ate chips for 31 years and then started working out. 9 months later you look like that.

Come on tell us the truth now.

btw - you do look good whether it has been 9 months or 9 years.

I've worked out for more than 9 months in my life. I guess that was misleading. I've always been involved in athletics. Mainly basketball. For the last ten years I would lift weights for six months and then lean out and play basketball for half the year. My muscle memory is always fast. But I've worked out for nine months straight. And I've given up basketball due some back problems and I'm tired of breaking my ankle (twice).

But thanks for the encouragement Nautica. I've respected your postings here.

Now everything will be okay if I can work up the nerve to stick myself this evening. I'm not scared of the pain, but I have a lot of anxiety over messing this up.
 
Regardless of how long you worked out, blah blah, you look good -especially at your height (Definitely look over 220lbs assuming your legs are comprable) and now seems like a good time to take that extra step. The inconvenience and hassles associated with injecting are outweighed by the benefits. Let us know how it goes.
 
Hmm....I didn't know you needed one to look at public pics. I guess the others had Yahoo accounts. The pre-cycle pics aren't near as important as the post-cycle pics anyway.
 
That clears things up a little. At first i thought you were adverstising for muscletech. lol

anyway, you look good keep up the good work. The only thing I would suggest. If you feel like you are still making improvements, I would hold off a little while on the juice. You appear to have good genetics. Get as much as you can naturally out of your genetics and then hit the juice if you are not satisfied.

Your going to be a beast after a cycle .You have the same frame as my work out partner and he is just now starting his first cycle I cant wait to see how big he gets ...people are already offering him jobs to be a bouncer.

I too have given up a sport recently to take my bbing to another level.
I will be jabbing myself for the first time on Monday of next week and have been anxious as well.
Keep us posted on your progress...i will be interested to know how you do as i would like to see how i compare during my first cycle!

Thanks man. I want to be a beast. I'm sick of the baywatch, or should I say "Brad Pitt" look. I hope that last line doesn't get things started here. LOL
 
damn your only getting 100-150 grams of protien. thats sounds insane or bullshit to :confused:

It might sound strange, but its true. My normal diet has consisted of a couple of muffins in the morning. The huge Wendy's meal for lunch. Pre-workout meal is usually four reeses cups. After my workout I either eat something light or nothing at all. I've been doing this because my work life has been so hard lately, but I do know how to diet and I'm beginning today. I'm going to try to get 450g protein. I'm going to go extremly high cal, and I'm not worried about the carbs because of my metabolism and this ALA stuff that I've been using works great.

If your diet really is that much junk food and thats really you in the picture then your genetics have to be top notch.
 
Took my first shot of Fina yesterday. (1cc 75mg). It was so much easier than I thought. After I injected I had a weird taste in my mouth. Is this normal?
