Pre-cycle Lab tests

Before I start my next cycle, I want to get base line blood tests done. My cycle is:

wk 1- 8: Sust 750mg
wk 1- 8: Deca 300mg
Liquidex 1mg EOD (starting 2 wks pre-cycle), HCG mid cycle, Clomid 3 wks post cycle.

Do I need to add any to the following list:

Cholesterol
HDL
LDL
Testosterone
LH
FSH
Liver Functions
