pre-contest, ways to get results fast

i have done a good ammount of research of this board and am getting good results. I am currently on a staggering low carb, high protein diet and am training appropriately. I am on T-3 and Fina. my real ? is: My results are coming along but i was told to look ready to compete 2-3 weeks out or you have no chance. This is my first show and i am a little over a month out and am looking good but i have a ways to go. any advice on ways (extreme or mild) for me to quicken the results of the T-3 and make sure i am ready to kick ace. thanks

well what kind of cardio schedule are you on. for the fastest fat loss you should do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. and reevaluate your diet.

Bump up ECA dosage.

Another thing. I usually don't look ready until a week out before a show so don't stress too much at this point. If you're ready too early you'll have a hard time maintaining w/o losing muscle.

i try to do cardio in the morn on an empty stomach about 3 times a week and do it at least one other day after a workout. i will increase that.
I lift:
Shoulders
legs/calves
back/traps
chest
bi/tri
on all days i do a heavy compound movement to start out with and then i do isolation movements, usually 3-4 exercises per bodypart

i don't really coordinate cardio and lifting
i do cardio mon, wed, Fri mornings and then maybe sat or Sun afternoon.

better to do the next show and be ripped than to go on stage to a quite audience as it won't feel good. my two cents

well i get up before i have to do anything..ie. work or school ....take a shower at the gym when i am done. do what i have to all do, then go to the gym again.. go home and go to sleep. then do it all again. when you train for a show you have no life..

The Incredible Kuz

up those cardio sessions to 5 times a week and do them after you train too.

jc,

how much weight loss do you experience when you start to cut and when you step on stage? and how do you tailor your supplement regimen toward your cutting and dieting phase? also can you explain or can anyone else explain how some poeple do the carb depletion and uploading during the final week of their comp. advice would be apreciated.
