So i will turn 19 soon! My diet is on schedule , right now i have about 300-320gr prot/day , for the carbs , i like to cycle them , higher and lower carb days , depends on my activity or wich bodypart i train! If i traing legs for example i go a little higher on carbs!! As supplements , i use , vitargo , hydrowhey , casein , glutamina , bcaa , hydroxycut and a preworkout!! I made very nice progresses from my first cycle ,and i im going to use this for my prep!! I write the weeks in reverse starting from 8 weeks out to close it get to the contest!!
Week 8-1 Tren Ace
Week 8-2 Test Prop (I use it till 2 weeks out , beaucause then i drop test , to avoid water retention on stage)
Weeek 3-0 Oral Winny
I will use letro the last 2 weeks before the show!
I wanted some opinions beacause im really curious with tren , everyone talks about it , like the king of kings and i can't wait to try it!!
Btw i will go 100EOD Prop and 50EOD Ace!!
I'm not a high dose fan, i believe all it is in diet and genes!! (btw my father was a bodybuilder , and i have nice genes) A grow pretty fast!!
