Pre contest dieting and training.

Ive got my first competition comming up this year.
Ive got no idea how to properly precontest diet and train, does anyone have a link to a good article.

Or be able to take the time to explain how its done.

I dont know where to start right now

check out myt CKD/TKD manual

I suggest starting slow for 2-4 weeks (i.e. cut out sugars/starches/fast food etc..), then seeing where your are, you can put together ratios to best suit your diet in the long run.
