Hey everyone! Its no big deal, but I was never too strong with the rope attachment on the cables for triceps. Today I did 8 reps with the stack (190lbs) . It always felt awkward for me, but was real easy today. My triceps were also pre-exhausted from previous sets. Though I have done 235lbs (the stack plus a 45 pound plate) for many reps with the "V" shaped attachment. haha Just figured Id post it anyway. It was strange for me to be that strong with the rope, I think it has alot to do with the NO2 and creatine Ive been taking. I then moved to the free weights for some 130lb skull crushers on an incline bench for about 12 reps. ThanX for all the encouragement!
