PR on Rack Deads. Dedicated to Hammer and T3C.

I was talking to t3c and Hammer tonight a bit online before I headed out to the gym. I had stated what I wanted to accomplish tonight to Hammer, and he quickly replied with "Fuck it up." T3C wished some PRs upon me. Well fellas, I did as you told me to!

Pulled a triple with 455 on the rack deads. That's a 30lb PR!

Where do you guys set the pins for your rack deads? I set mine about 2-3 inches under the knee.... I am assuming this is where you are setting them as well. Just curious.

I'm short, so the lowest pin setting I can use is at the bottom of my knees. Not low enough, so I stand on some plates. Your height sounds good.
